How to Swap USDT TRC-20 to TRX on TronBid
Swap USDT TRC-20 for native TRX on TronBid. Check the network, sending fee, current quote and automatic payout to your own wallet.
USDT on TRON can be exchanged for native TRX by sending it from your own wallet to the address shown on TronBid. The exchange pays TRX back to that same sending address. You do not need to register or connect a wallet to the exchange page, but you still authorize the outgoing transfer in your wallet.
Check that this exchange matches your goal
Open the USDT to TRX exchange and select USDT as the asset you send. This route accepts USDT TRC-20 on TRON. USDT on Ethereum or another network needs a different supported route before it can be used here.
Use a wallet whose sending address you control. An exchange withdrawal or a custodial payment service can send from a shared address; an automatic return to that address may not reach your personal account. A receiving address displayed in your exchange account is not proof that withdrawals originate from it.
Read the calculator before sending
Enter the amount manually or choose a quick amount. Check the minimum currently displayed, the estimated TRX output and the direction of the quote. The result is an estimate: typing a number does not place an order or reserve a rate.

Prepare the first USDT transfer
Your wallet must be able to pay the network cost of sending USDT. Having a USDT balance alone does not provide Energy or Bandwidth, and this initial transaction happens before you receive the exchanged TRX.
Open the wallet's transfer preview and check its resource and TRX requirements. If it cannot send, use the not enough TRX checklist. Energy rental can help with a resource shortfall, but the rental payment and any remaining network charge must also be covered.
Send from your wallet in five steps
- Copy the current exchange address directly from the TronBid exchange page.
- Choose USDT on the TRON network in your own wallet.
- Paste the address and compare the full address with the page before signing.
- Enter an amount that meets the current exchange conditions and review the wallet fee.
- Send once and save the incoming transfer's transaction ID.
The exchange address is different from a resource rental payment address. An old screenshot, a blog illustration or a copied address from another TronBid service should not replace the address on the current exchange page.
Check the incoming transfer and payout
Use the TXID to check the incoming transaction in TRONSCAN. A broadcast notification is not the same as successful execution. The TRON transaction checking guide explains the fields to read.
After processing, look for native TRX at the original sending address. The exchange does not let you nominate a separate payout wallet. If the incoming transfer succeeded but the payout is still missing, keep its TXID and contact support through the site. Do not send another transfer merely to refresh the first one.
When this route is useful
