After the incoming transfer is confirmed, the rate is fixed and processing begins. The payout is sent to the original sender address; a different recipient cannot be specified.

Which network should I use?
Use TRON mainnet. Send native TRX or the genuine USDT TRC-20 token. USDT on Ethereum, BNB Chain, TON and other networks is not supported by this exchange.
Do I need to connect a wallet or register?
No. This page provides a calculator and the exchange address. You send a normal blockchain transfer from your own wallet; no wallet connection is needed.
Where will I receive my payout?
At the exact sender address of your incoming transfer. You cannot choose another recipient. Do not send from an exchange or custodial service: its sending address may not belong to you.
Is the amount in the calculator guaranteed?
No. It is an estimate at the displayed client rate. The rate is fixed when the incoming transfer is confirmed, so the final amount may differ.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
The current minimum for each direction appears in the calculator. There is no fixed maximum, but large transfers may need manual processing.
How long does the exchange take?
TronBid provides instant exchange. Exchanges are usually completed within a couple of minutes after the incoming transfer is confirmed on the TRON network.
Why can an exchange require manual processing?
This can happen if an amount is below the minimum, the market rate is unavailable, or the service cannot complete the payout automatically. Keep your transaction ID for support.
Do I pay a separate network fee?
Your wallet charges any network fee needed to send the incoming transfer. That fee is separate from the amount you exchange. The calculator shows the estimated payout using the client rate.
Does the QR code include the amount?
No. The QR code contains only the current TRON exchange address. Select the correct asset and enter the amount in your wallet.
Can I send from a smart contract?
Use a normal transfer directly from your own wallet. Routing through a contract or intermediary can change the sender recorded on-chain and therefore the payout destination.
