How do I earn?
You add a markup to the TronBid Energy price. The customer pays the total into your wallet. We charge only the base cost to your TronBid balance after admitting the order. The difference is your margin on a successful delivery.
Do I need to own or stake Energy?
No. TronBid supplies Energy. You need a TRON receiving wallet and enough TRX on your TronBid balance to cover orders. Only one-hour Energy rentals are available through Agent.
What happens when my balance is too low?
The payment appears as Manual Review. Energy is not sent automatically after a top-up. Add funds and choose Retry, or Cancel and arrange the customer refund yourself. Customer TRX remains in your wallet.
Who receives the Energy?
The wallet that sends the TRX payment. Customers must pay from the wallet that needs Energy, not from an exchange.
Can I get a custom wallet?
Yes. Request a 3–7 character ending. One successfully supplied custom wallet is free per account. Preparation is usually within 12 hours; shorter endings may be faster. Save the private key before confirming receipt: it cannot be recovered from the panel afterwards.
What if a delivery fails?
For a confirmed final failure, any reserved base cost is released or returned to the original TronBid balance. The incoming customer payment stays in your wallet. You resolve any customer refund directly.
