Tron Energy Calculator is a read-only browser extension for estimating Energy requirements and comparing expected costs for USDT TRC-20 transfers.
Data processed
When the user clicks Estimate, the extension sends the public TRON recipient address entered by the user to https://tronbid.com/api/v2/quick-rent/calculator. This is necessary to check the recipient's current state and return an Energy and cost estimate.
Data not collected by the extension
The extension does not request or collect private keys, seed phrases, passwords, wallet authentication, payment information, browsing history, or personal communications. It does not connect to a wallet, sign messages, or send transactions. The extension does not store the entered recipient address locally.
Data sharing
The entered public TRON address is transmitted only to TronBid.com to provide the calculation requested by the user. The extension does not sell user data or use it for advertising or creditworthiness decisions.
